What you get when geeks meet rock bands

The address of the Ticketpro web page for getting tickets to the upcoming Aerosmith concert in Bangalore is http://www.ticketpro.in/areo_smith.html.

That’s two words: areo and smith, not Aerosmith as the band prefers to call themselves. Even the title of the page is Aero Smith Live!. Is that Mr. Smith or Mrs. Smith? Ms. Smith?

Okay, I’m just nitpicking, but you’ve got to admit that it’s not funny when someone screws up your band’s name or your company’s name, or your name.

I don’t think customers like that too much.

    And it’s not funny when someone screws up my favorite band’s name either. :-)

    So, I presume you’re interested in going for the concert, my friend? :P

    Yeah, will be going if the rain gods and the ticket gods allow it.
